Hello, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Monta Holmes, and I specialise in breakup and divorce coaching. I know how challenging it can be to go through the emotional ups and downs of a breakup or divorce. After my own difficult journey, I decided to use my experiences, along with my training, to help others navigate the healing process and build a brighter, more fulfilling future.
As a coach who specialises in divorce and break-up support, I offer personalised guidance to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a fresh sense of purpose. Why I Became a Coach

Through my own experience, I’ve seen how powerful coaching can be during times of personal and professional transition. My mission is to help driven professionals regain focus, clarity, and confidence when life feels off course.

My Journey

After going through my own divorce, I learned just how important it is to have someone by your side who truly understands what you’re going through. The rollercoaster of emotions: grief, anger, frustration, and confusion can feel like too much to handle alone. I’ve been there. I’ve navigated child arrangements, faced difficult conversations, and dealt with the stress that comes from ongoing conflict.

Perhaps one of the most difficult aspects of my journey was leaving the family home. It felt like losing the foundation of everything I had built – both physically and emotionally. Starting over from nothing was overwhelming. Everything I knew – my routines, my sense of security was suddenly gone. I had to rebuild not only my home but my sense of self. And through it all, I had to balance the most important thing: my child. Ensuring her well-being, helping her adjust to new living arrangements, and maintaining a sense of stability in her world was my top priority. It wasn’t easy, but I learned how to cope and thrive, even when it felt like everything else was falling apart. 

Throughout this process, I gained a deeper Understanding of my own values and what truly matters to me in life. I realised that to move forward, I had to prioritize my personal growth, rediscover my passions, and open myself to the possibility of new relationships. Creating a healthy, happy relationship again – whether with myself, my daughter, or even a future partner became a vital part of my healing. I understood that it was important to take time to heal, reflect, and ensure that any future relationship was rooted in mutual respect, trust, and genuine connection.

Despite these challenges, I also learned how to rebuild my life, heal from the pain, and create a new path forward. I realized that with the right support and tools, you can not only survive this difficult time but come out stronger on the other side.
